Newport Beach, CA, April 13, 2012 — On the eve of the 10th anniversary of Botox Cosmetic, Richard Weiss, M.D. today shared a number of incredible coincidences and events that have linked him and the popular wrinkle-relaxing drug. As one of the premiere oculoplastic surgeons in the country, Dr. Weiss has been using Botox for ophthalmologic reasons since 1989, well before its cosmetic use.
